Montserrat is Amazing! Always willing to help and with a big smile! She made our stay wonderful. The Breakfast was excellent and the cook was friendly and open to requests. I can only say good things about this place and will definitively come back!

New and excellent apartment, plenty space and distribution. Very quiet. Bathroom very big. Very comfortable for short or long stays. Bed and pillows were amazing.

This place far exceeded my expectations in all the ways that matter to me. Took my daughter on an adventure for her birthday and she loved everything. Pure excellence! Everything from the beautiful grounds, the amenities and amazing hospitality from Jorge and the other staff. This is a truly a one of a kind experience for those who enjoy nature but prefer the luxe version :-) Excellent communication, easy to find with the directions and photos provided by Jorge, thoughtful service and hospitality(Jorge ordered brownies for her as a nice surprise), easy coordination of food delivery and we felt safe as the only guest on the property for the night. A staff member was on site the entire time, they even brought us marshmallows for the fire pit. Inside the dome, everything was clean, modern, new and beautifully decorated with all the comforts and amenities you need. The jacuzzi was lovely, takes some time to reach max temp (104F) but we still found it enjoyable as it lingered around 90-95F. Glad I took chance with this booking, I know it’s going to be a very popular spot once the influencers find out about it.

Pre check-in communication was excellent. We made payment through PayPal prior to arriving. Our host provided information about how to get through the secure gate and where to park. The security guards didn’t speak much English. I used the words “Air B&B”. They came out to see the Spanish message on my phone from the host. They checked our ID and then let us through. (You’ll need to do that every time you return to the apartment). The parking was right near the main entrance to the building. There is an elevator inside, so you are not carrying back up and down the steps. We were issued a door code for keyless entry. The unit showed its age, but was very well maintained. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed (oil, spices, coffee, sugar, pots, pans, plates and utensils, etc). The rooms were very clean. It felt very comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for back to back showers. The internet was super fast. There are 2 air conditioning unit to keep a comfortable temperature: one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The apartment complex was close to shopping and grocery stores. It’s about 30 minutes to the airport or downtown. If returning to San Jose, I’d definitely stay here again.
