Mark, Anabel, and Auxi were wonderful. I was very grateful Auxi was there to make us meals. We had a simple ham and cheese sandwich & fries for lunch and steak, salad, fries + dessert for dinner. If you do not have a 4x4 car it makes it difficult to go up the hill to get to the bungalow so that is the only thing I would make sure you have before coming. But also because of that - we were extremely grateful to have Auxi make us meals and also that it was not a menu so we didn't have to think or choose what to eat, but just ate what was provided. Both Mark and Ana are very friendly and we loved their energy. The facilities were great. We loved the rain and quiet. The view was spectacular waking up. Nortico is very closeby for a nice small walk. So many friendly dogs around! Bonus - the water was a bit low pressure in the bungalow but loved that it got HOT.

Vista Turrialba Lodge is a quiet mountain retreat set amongst trees and flowering shrubs. The staff were most friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room most comfortable. Check in was easy. My husband and I were impressed by the Lodge owner’s commitment to environmental protection.

A gem! This hotel was very cute and well maintained. The rooms were nice and big enough. There was a beautiful garden with a terrace in the back of the house and upstairs was a huge balcony with lots of cozy seats (lounge chairs, hammock etc.). We enjoyed the stay a lot. The staff was very nice. They offer breakfast in a nearby restaurant which is also very cute.

The cabin was clean and with a beautiful view! The breakfast was one of the best on our trip and the bird diversity was incredible. We took the short walking loop.

A true gem. Lovely hotel in Turialba with great staff and exceptional food. They accomodated to all our needs and the room was spotless and comfortable. Food was a highlight with great quality ingredients. They took great pride in everything they did. We will be back with family for their two bedroom rooms and hot tub.
