A lovely village, felt the real authenticity. A really quiet and calm place with many cats outside which were friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who likes peace and quiet and enjoys authentic places. Breakfast was simple but really good with the surrounding environment.

The room has high ceilings and is quaint. The bathroom was well equipped and roomy. The room was clean and accommodated our 2 suitcases. This was our first stop in Cyprus and it left us with a very good impression. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Easy to find in the centre of the village. Walking distance to restaurants for dinner.

This place exceeded my expectations — it truly feels like a slice of heaven. It’ll definitely be my go-to spot whenever I need a quiet, peaceful vacation. What stood out most to me was the calm atmosphere — no loud music, just the sound of the waves and the breeze. Pure serenity. The pool is great, the water is clear and warm even in the evening. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with everything we needed (good amenities). I especially appreciated the materials and design — the stone in the bathroom, the lighting, and the paintings on the walls all gave the place a calm, elegant feel. Everything was done with really good taste and aesthetic. But honestly, what made the experience most special was Pavlos, the host. He’s incredibly kind and friendly, always checking in to make sure we were okay, offering help without ever being intrusive. He’s genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

Small picturesque quiet village.

Small picturesque quiet village. A great base to explore Cyprus. Lovely church and local pizzeria. It has two small supermarkets and the big Alpha Mega in nearby Skarinou. If you stay here a hire car is a must have.

Small and quiet village located several km from the seaside.

Small and quiet village located several km from the seaside. Here we have couple of small shops and cafes. Don't go here if you want some nightlife or clubs. Access by car is easy and convenient, roads are good

We had an amazing and unique experience. We really liked the scenery and the environment, it was so close to nature. Very relaxing, ideal for a quiet and peaceful holiday next to the beach. Hearing the waves while falling asleep was the best! The cypriot breakfast was awesome, something you can't get at any hotel. It was cooked by the owners with local fresh organic products. The interior was very clean, tidy and the dome had everything we needed. Also, the bed was super comfy. We are definitely visiting again!

Excellent location on the edge of Maroni village and close to the cities of Larnaca and Limassol. The property is in a location that is quiet. The living room/kitchen dining is a good size, the bedroom large and the toilet is big. The kitchen was well kitted out with a fridge and washing machine and other appliances. The outside terrace was a lovely area to spend some quiet time in the morning and afternoon. The swimming pool was a great plus to our stay.

Antonio is a really nice person and serves every day a fresh delicious breakfast (eggs cooked in different styles, bacon/sausages, cucumber, tomatoes, fruits, bread, butter, jams, coffee and tea) in the nice courtyard of the teacher's house. The village is really lovely and has a great taverna too (Piazza Maroni). It is very conveniently located to visit the main archeological sites, cities and beaches of the island.

We stayed 3 days there and it was really wonderful. The place is clean and tidy. Located in a small village called Maroni and at a distance of 2 km from the beach. The owners of the place are very nice and took care of everything we needed with a big smile. highly recommend

The vibe of the place, it takes you back to a different kind of Cyprus...its also secluded, but right in the middle of the village...the only tricky part is finding it, but follow a reliable sat nav and it's right there opposite the car park in the centre of Maroni
