Lovely place, welcoming and accommodating staff (when we made changes to the reservation- and fortunately we were able to add a night), and delicious restaurant on site. Would recommend getting a reservation at the restaurant, nice local ingredients. Convenient - close to the train station for easy journeys around but in the main square, so we were by the farmers market, other restaurants/ the bakery. They give the Konus card so you can also take public transit anywhere in the Black Forest. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, a proper Black Forest breakfast.

The apartment is brand new. Everything was well thought of and is of repute brand. The location is exactly as promised, around 12-15 min walk from gengenback station. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. The old town main street is very nearby, around 5-7 min walk. Grocery store is at a distance of around 700 Mtr. The kitchen is well equipped and has good stock of materials. Crockery and furniture are of Ikea and looks brand new. Owners are very friendly and fulfilled our smallest of requirements. Konus card is provided by owner which will make your black forest region public transport free (except high speed trains, special trains, cable cars etc. Please refer konus card policies). If you want a peaceful, serene stay then gengenback will give you that. There is nothing to explore in the town so don't spend much time exploring it rather go out and explore triberg, Baden Baden etc.

We found Roser Suiten to be exceptional in terms of cleanliness, quality, value, and location. There is an incredible amount of attention to detail in the design and set up of the rooms. I wouldn't be surprised to see it on a list of best places to stay- it's truly a hidden gem. It was our favorite stay on our trip and quite honestly one of our favorite apartment stays ever. The KONUS card was a nice bonus with the train station being just a short walk away.
