This place far exceeded our expectations. We were expecting just another average B&B to "just stay overnight and continue the journey in the morning" kind of stuff, but we ended up enjoying our stay. Comfy beds, super clean, new, amazing shower. We got helluva nice sleep there! Highly recommend.

It’s clean and i could bring my cat with me. They have plenty if parking spaces at a good price

Pleasant surprise, very helpful stuff, good location, great rooms, parking on spot and superb breakfast.

Breakfast was great - don’t know why so many reviewers had negative comments - they even had smoked salmon. Close to Strandbad Wannsee (easy walk)

Breakfast is great and plenty! Very good location(very close to train station);we admire its quite atmosphere(so different from most other hotels);wonderful surrounding, say, we can take a walk along the riverbank and enjoy seeing the sunset! The staffs are very kind, polite and helpful!

This hotel was like a hidden gem on a leafy university campus in the suburbs with easy access to the subway one block away. Awesome German breakfast daily.

Immaculate Room. Centrally located.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. It's so clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it has good access to public transportation.

My stay at St.-Michaels-Heim was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and tranquil, set in a peaceful location, yet still convenient for exploring Berlin. The staff, especially Ms. Sabine Trautschold at reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and swift resolution of a small issue during my stay were truly remarkable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made my experience unforgettable! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was one of relaxation and comfort. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute, from the quiet surroundings to the lovely conversations I had with the staff. It felt like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend St.-Michaels-Heim to anyone visiting Berlin. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and warm staff make it a standout hotel. Without hesitation, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Berlin!

Everything is sparking clean. Beds are comfortable.

Lovely location outside the city by woods and lake — and easy access in 45 mins to Berlin Central Station. Room was very quiet and comfortable and sparkling clean. Also the friendliness and courtesy of the staff and the quality of the restaurant food and service at a very fair price.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The place felt very peaceful in spite of being in a big city.
