The location was incredible. The view is beautiful but not stunning (we were only at the 2nd floor); the smart room was very fun to play with although it felt slightly small at times; The free locker room at check-out was an AMAZING thing as everything in Copenhagen is expensive and one thing we didn't have to pay for was nice.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are not too hard (at last a hotel where it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on a park bench!) and the family room vibe of the lobby is real. I used the desk area and printer and it worked great. We spent 4 nights total and I'd gladly go back. Copenhagen is a great city!

We loved the hotel, it exceeded our expectations.l by a lot. The building is beautiful, the staff very kind and helpful, the room beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the happy hours offered to the guests (every evening & every night), also the fact the streaming services were available in the room. Carlsberg is a great area, there were many incredible places to eat nearby and the neighborhood was really quiet and calm.
