Hidden Valley Andalucia is located in the countryside surrounded by a 25 acre olive grove. It offers stunning views across Guadalhorce Valley. Amazing setting. Amazing vibe. Great set of hosts. Tents are perfect and not too hot at night even in the middle of Spanish summer.
Overlooking the nearby mountains and olive groves, Cortijo Vista Alora is located 2.5 mi from Alora town center. It offers a seasonal swimming pool, lounge area and furnished terraces. The room was perfect very clean, big and comfortable. The kitchen have all the utensils (new) to cook. The Cortijo is in the middle of a beautiful landscape, very close to Álora town and el caminito del Rey. We wish we stayed more time, and definitely will next time. It is an amazing place and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Located in Alora, El Cielo Azul provides accommodations with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. Excellent close to the train station, used the local bus that runs from the station to the centre of town several times can't fault it.
El Rancho Grande is located in Alora and offers a terrace. The property was built in 1970, and features air-conditioned accommodations with free WiFi. This property definitely met our expectations. It was such a lovely experience. The communication with the owner was very good. We had nice tapas dinner at the bar next to the flat, we met some lovely local people.
Located in Alora, Lagar del Chorro has accommodations with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. Antonio was a delightful host. The apartment is beautiful, everything is clean and the location is one of a kind. We had an amazing time at Villa Daniel. Will definitely come back! This is a once in a lifetime experience for the price. The pictures do not render justice to the beauty of this Villa. The Villa is well equipped and very comfortable. Make sure you get a taste of the oranges, we got fresh orange juice in the morning and it was delightful.
A real 'White Town' See it before it gets really touristy. Lovely loop walk around the castle on the hill, and the gypsy families in the lower square still play guitar and ride their horses like other people use mopeds! Children nicely still children , older residents congregate in the mornings in the main squares. Everyone goes out and socialises til very late in the cooler evenings. Loads of bars and restaurants...all good (however if you're a vegetarian don't expect too much...they haven't got their heads around that one yet) Alora takes about 20 mins to walk from one end to the other, but about 3 hours to get back (because you have so stop in all the bars and watch the world go by) Tons of little local shops from the hunting/fishing types to some sweet fashion shops and tons of shoe shops mostly at a fraction of the price back home.

The place is loaded with character, and the rooftop terrace is a pleasant place to relax with a beverage or play some cards. Beautiful views. On the first day, the Air Con was inadequate, but during the second day, the host had 2 additional units installed, so it is now perfect. There is a restaurant just down the hill called the Casa Nelly Alora that serves excellent food.

Excellent location in a quiet rural town with a Alora Castle view and within short driving distance to the Cominito del Rey and Malaga. An hour to Ronda. Communication before arrival was excellent, we felt welcome and well informed. There are tea and coffee making facilities which was perfect for us. Swimming pool was a nice cure against the sizzling sun :)

We booked this accommodation for one night only as we knew we would arrive too late to check into our accommodation for the rest of the week in El Chorro (late night flight). Staff were friendly, clean bathroom and bedroom, great price and handy location to stop in Álora for breakfast and food supplies before we headed to El Chorro for the rest of the week.

Easy check in and out. Lovely Spanish style hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great shower and very clean. There is no 24 hour reception but this isn’t a problem as you can easily contact the staff by phone if necessary. Fabulous ice cream parlour opposite the hotel! Have stayed here a few times and would definitely return.

Beautiful place amid lemon groves, olive trees and mountains. Quick drive to Alora, El Chorro and the airport. We immediately felt at home thanks to Donal and his staff. The pool is perfect. Everything is super clean and the view is spectacular! Extra spacious shower :)
