Temperature was just right for me in July not too hot with a cool breeze. Lots to see and do great places to eat, I recommend Brunelli's Steakhouse for the most magnificent views and great food. Also a small Italian Cucci for pasta and pork dishes were excellent. Not many English mostly Spanish out enjoying themselves. A must go to bar is Hawa Rooftop Bar, on the promenade modern hotel the Silken Saaj Maar. Free to go to for non residents after 18:00 just press the buzzer in the vestibule by the glass doors and ask to go to the bar get in the lift and floor 6. I was advised to rent a car and it was definitely the correct decision transfers are expensive and it's just over an hour drive from the airport on great roads.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 8.0

I liked the shopping centre, the quirky tourist shops and the restaurants were great. A walk along the front was lovely and took us to the fishing beach and onto a large play area for kids. If you are looking for a peaceful, civilised resort, then this is the place. The walk from Playa Martinez to Playa Castillo is lovely. There are enough attractions to occupy your time and if you want to go further afield , then good frequent public transport is available. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic - very convenient, with breathtaking view of the ocean. The hotel itself offers great facilities, including a gym, which is super important for us. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfasts were excellent. We’d definitely love to come back! I was pleasantly surprised. The city is beautiful, with well-developed infrastructure, including public transport (Titsa buses). However, there is no information about buses at bus stops, no numbers, no timetable, only a scannable QR code. What to do if your mobile phone is dead? I didn’t see any sockets for charging. I rarely use taxi services, but my little experience was excellent - the price of the trip was calculated fairly.Guest review byLilita

The house is beautiful, surrounded by banana plantations, with peaceful trails through the fields. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the best beaches in Tenerife. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, far from the hustle and bustle. The real highlight, though, is Manolo, the fantastic host. Tiziana and Claudio were really welcoming and hepful. The apartment is equipped with everything, and it is spacious with a big balcony with a great view. You can find (probably) the best pizza in Tenerife right outside the apartment in Pizzeria Arena. The owner speaks English perfectly (unlike a lot of the other people on the island).
