The staff were friendly. They were all Spanish and treated us like family. I think it's a family owned hotel, because I literally felt like I was home. At night time there's a small night club and they put music and it gets packed at the bar. I really recommend this place. All the workers and the owner were having breakfast and it was our check out and we asked if we could buy breakfast before we leave. They made us breakfast and fed us before we left haha and didn't charge. That's when I realized it was a family owned hotel. I highly recommend it guys and they will help you with anything you want, from taxis to anything you require. Also they had a wog attitude I loved it. I would visit again if I went back to the same city.

Classic rural converted farmhouse. Excellent facilities, lovely friendly staff.. Beautiful grounds offer fantastic views (when the weather allows!) Outstanding breakfast and very good hard standing parking.

The owners were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and large. It had a comfortable bed and a large shower room. WIFI worked very well. There was parking in the premises. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful with fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, delicious eggs, cheeses, bread and more… The nearest town, Urnieta, is located at 5 minutes by car where there are restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, etc. We definitely will return whenever we visit the area.

It’s a fabulous place with warm welcoming staff. They kept our ice and drinks in the refrigerator and freezer overnight as we were travelling by motorcycle. Room was tasteful. Bathroom spotless even though it was shared.

    If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.

    Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay at your hotel. We were welcomed with open arms by our host from Spain and his girlfriend from the Netherlands. They were incredibly kind and gave us great recommendations for things to do in San Sebastián. We followed their advice and enjoyed an evening exploring the city, which was only a 15-minute drive away. The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area with a lovely view, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Breakfast was very nice as well and freshly baked eggs !

    I love it everything. The hotel its quite new and has everything that we need for a great stay, even a 24h supermarket. Super clean, 10m by car from centrall San Sebastian. For sure I will consider it next time I came back to San Sebastian.

    Compared to other hotels it was reasonable. Very clean ,a bit more than basic but has every thing you want except a kettle. Staff exceptional. Happy if all hotels were like this. No not 5 star but 100s cheaper than others in town.
