The property was amazing! Very close to the beach. The clearest waters. The views were spectacular from anywhere in the resort. For us, the reef was so close that we got to go in a see all the fishes and colorful coral everyday. The food was delicious…always having fresh fish available everyday. The banana bread at tea time was delicious! We really enjoyed the spa because the massages were great! The staff was the best part! They were accommodating and exceptionally kind. They made our stay even more enjoyable. They became like family to us.

Blue Lagoon is the best resort we stayed at on our Fiji trip. It is located on Nacula island, just on the beach and there is a large house reef just in front of the resort perfect for snorkling. We stayed in a yurt with a glass top and it was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very large with 2 sinks and a shower in the open air. Full board meal plan is mandatory and it is fabulous. You can choose between standard restaurant and Japanese restaurant for lunch and dinner. Standard one has a la cart menu while Japanese offers 10 course meal for dinner. The food is delicious in both of them. The resort has 2 pools which are great if you want to relax if the weather is not good or water cold. The reef is nice, lots of nice corals and fish in different corals. The staff is exceptional especially the music band. The girl who sings can really sing. If possible, try to book accommodation for the weekend, there is a Fiji night then, with lots of Fijian cuisine food and traditional dance performed by the staff. Welcome and farewell songs also sang by the staff are really nice touch.

We loved our stay at Sunrise Lagoon! Lice and the Family were very kind and helpful. The activities were cool and included shark snorkelling, a trip to the Sawai-i-Lau caves, spear fishing or normal fishing, a massage and a school visit. Although we only did the caves and the shark snorkelling, we highly recommend it. Also, you could walk to the blue lagoon in about 20-30 minutes and have really lovely views along the way. The rooms were really nice and clean and at night there was always a cooling breeze coming through the window! Making it live up to its name was the sunrise above the ocean every morning which was great to watch. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner was always at 8am, about 1pm and 7pm and was always very yummy! Of course it is a homestay after all and an Island in the middle of the ocean, so cell reception was limited which wasn’t horrible for us to go without our phones for a while. The power was on all day but out at night, lights were on throughout the night to the toilets and also optional in our dorm room though. But there was still plenty of space left in the day to charge all our electricals.

we loved it all, the location, the people, staff made you feel like family, even though the resortt was 75% full you felt you you had the place to your self, we swam in the sea iout front of our bure and over 6 days had the beach to ourselves. the private pinics and secluded beachs are a real bonus and a must. Can't weait to go back

The property is very pretty, however they don’t have beach of their own. So it’s abit difficult to cross to Stoney parts to enter the water. But the rooms are very well maintained, even the dorms. The part of our stay we loved the most is the people, the hospitality and the love we received here. The staff were like family. They have schedules planned for the day, like evenings we play volleyball with the staff and all other guests. We recommend to snorkel around the island, go out and explore coz it’s extremely beautiful. We saw a lot of fishes, corals, huge clam right in the front of the property, sharks, sea snakes, dotted manta rays and many more. Just explore and you will fall in love with it. We recommend not to take any tours like to the blue lagoon or reef hopping coz these places are around and have nothing much to see. So it’s basically just the boat ride you are paying for. We highly recommend to go to the coconut beach (the back side of the island) there are markings in between the ocean to indicate there are corals down there. It’s a huge strait of corals which is extremely beautiful with lots of starfishes around. Do go! Enjoy Yasawa❤️

Beautiful beach, great homecooked meals, comfortable hammock to lie in, scenic hikes and pretty snorkeling on the island. Plenty to do and trips/activities available to keep you busy if you want to see surrounding islands - a wonderful place to spend some time relaxing and get away from the mainland. Everyone was so welcoming as all the homestays on the island are run by one big family, there was also a nearby teahouse and homemade ice-cream available to buy. This is the newest of all the homestays there and has lights in the room/bathrooms thanks to solar panels, which was super useful at night time!
