This property was amazing. My spouse and my son travelled here for an overnight before heading to Paris, and it was a perfect place to shake off the jet lag and introduce my son to France in a medieval village. We had a car (normally we wouldn’t have rented a car, but it worked for this trip) and the apartment parking spot was available. There are several nearby stores for food or provisions, but check out the apartment first because there are a plenty of things already there. This unit had a smart TV where you can log into your Netflix and possibly other apps. Other reviews said the property can be hard to find, but the owner met us at the street gate so we wouldn’t miss it. They will open the gate for you and direct you to the apartment. It was very easy to get ahold of the owners to coordinate arrival.

Nicole & Alain are excellent hosts, the property is a small renovated annex to their beautiful home with a separate entrance - bedroom, bathroom and a small entrance hall. The bedroom is well lit with a comfortable big bed, the bathroom is comfortable with a shower. It is well located on a quiet side street in the outskirts of the medieval city, walking distance from everything. Free parking on the street. They offer a very nice breakfast for a reasonable extra fee.

Fantastic location and a warm and welcoming host. She is lovely to talk with and was thoughtful and helpful to make our stay comfortable. We ended up extending our stay by an additional night rather than returning to Paris because we were having such a good time and there was more we wanted to do in Provins. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. My daughters especially loved it. There is a grocery store just down the street as well as several bakeries and restaurants. The location is a short and easy walk to the historic sites. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.
