All staff worked hard but still managed to be pleasant and helpful. Lady who checked us in, also served drinks, sorted us out about the pool as well as dealing with many other customers. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast in the morning. Food and service was perfect. Loved the facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The original room (a double) we were given had a disabled toilet (I've stayed there before and got this room and really hated that toilet/wet room) so we asked if they had another room. They were fully booked, so we accepted the room. The Lady was lovely. We literally had gone to the room and shut the door when she knocked on the door, with a key to another room (twin) - so we managed to swap. It was so kind of her to check and then to move us. Thank You!! Lovely staff!!!!

This was a last minute booking and the caravan itself was clean and comfortable (although there was a bit of a strange smell when you first enter the caravan but we stopped noticing it after a short while). My children enjoyed their stay.
