Lovely friendly staff. I never asked for a “quiet room” but I did ask for a room on the top floor and was given a lovely room. Rooms are lovely and spacious with big windows and room temperature can be adjusted as required Excellent value for money!

Evelyn was very friendly and welcoming, making sure you feel at home. The location is great, just walking distance from the city centre, even though we could still get there with our car and avoid the zero emission zone. The room is spacious, shower was good. Would definitely return here.

Varied breakfast options off the menu plus a wide continental breakfast spread. Room was spacious and well appointed. Well priced compared with other hotels close to centre.

Everything was perfect. From the moment we have arrived, we had a very warm welcome from the staff. We came with the baby and in 2 or 3 occasions they prepared warm milk, no charge. Location, garden everything is perfect. Restaurant food is delicious. We had a short but great stay and would love to come again. We loved it.

Lovely hotel, very trendy looking but not intimidating. We had 2 kids under 2 and the staff could not have been more accommodating. From travel cots in the room to warming milk for bottles they were so kind and considerate! Also lots of space in the room for 2 travel cots so we weren’t falling over each other. Super cosy lobby which was a great spot for a drink. Breakfast was excellent, small menu but good options beyond the usual

The location is amazing. 2 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to the city centre. Super helpful staff. Great breakfast.

The location was good for where we needed to be ie the city centre. It wasn’t noisy at night and the room was ample for a family of 4.

In my view, having spent 4 years here as a university student, Randolph is clearly among the finest hotel choice in Oxford. Stayed here on my wedding night.
