The hotel has recently been refreshed both inside and out. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was well turned out and had a large bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. The restaurant provided excellent food both in the evening and a super cooked breakfast.

The bed is so amazing comfortable! The house heats up very quickly. The TV is a smart tv which is good and is very rare to have elsewhere. Very clean house and the landlord and her son is lovely people. The bathroom is lovely and bath is nice and big.

    Our dad was born in Macduff and lived there for the first...

    Our dad was born in Macduff and lived there for the first twenty years of his life. We actually returned to scatter his ashes. It was both bittersweet and wonderful to walk in his footsteps, and the footsteps of our ancestors.The views are simply wonderful, as are the people.

    I was visiting family in Macduff but the area is golf heaven, photographers will be overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, walkers are spoiled for choice and the fun that can be had on the sea is amazing.
