The convienice to everything this small village has to offer. It was well appointed, very comfortable firm mattress, and quiet. I will book again on my next trip. The stairs to the attic bedroom are unique and require an open mind and able body.

Friendly welcome, lovely large room, very clean and comfortable, very peaceful, garden view. Lots of nice touches including dual usb charger, hot chocolate and biscuits. the staff was far and beyond professional ..made everything possible to facilitate my earlier check in, defuse all my stress and tiredness from a long travel waving any probable charges ..Tasha Robertson reception agent exceeded by far my expectations giving me all the info I needed made everything easy and doable for me ...similar customer service I received from all personal no matter which dpt ...the location was excellent very high end green clean and without traffic and noises, beautiful tree surroundings, a huge gym which attracts all the city residents, walking distance to the city center ..room was super comfy a huge 60 inch tv screen was an extra surprise ..all the amenities in place even though this was a business trip it's a 100% I will definitely chose this hotel for my next visit in Basingstoke it was by far the best business stay I experienced in a long time I recommend without the slightest of a doubt!!! bars, coffee shops, restaurant even sitting area while waiting for your taxi ...the management and organization of this place absolutely surprised me !!!!!! 10+

    The room was a great size and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and quite quiet considering it’s above a pub. Everything seemed to be very high quality from the soaps in the bathroom to the tea & coffee in the room to the breakfast in the morning. The location was great, right on the high street with easy free parking behind. For the price we paid it exceeded expectations.
