Dog friendliness, outside area, staff

The staff was excellent, very helpful. Great room with a large porch and an amazing view of the lake. The hotel is located on the main road, right in front of the train station yet it was very quiet inside. Finally a hotel with good lighting! The hotel has a very good restaurant. Location - perfect. Easy to get to from Milan by train. We had a very enjoyable stay. Hope to come back soon.

Excellent budget hotel not far from Arona and the Lake Maggiore (you still need a car to get there). Very clean, relatively large rooms and - despite being close to the Sempione - surprisingly quiet. All in all truly excellent value for the money.

Bruna and her staff were magical! They knew I was a solo traveler and they really went out of their way each day to make my experience marvelous! They arranged airport taxi for me. I stayed almost 2 weeks. Their facility was spotless, charming, and everyday I was spoiled with cappuccino. They had the best breakfast selection of fresh fruit, cereals, croissants, meats/cheeses, Jams, tea, oh! just anything you want, to satisfy your appetite. Everyday they greeted me with warm hospitality and the breakfast was 10/10!!!!!!! My room was beautiful. I loved sunning on the terrace, it was a spectacular lounge experience. There is also jacuzzi! You can’t ask for a better stay.

This is a quirky property in the woods, but close to the airport. Because it’s a bit remote they offer a prix fixe meal option that was really good and inexpensive. Great breakfast the next morning. We were there off season so it wasn’t crowded, but looks like it would be a fun summer place to stay.

- The staff was extremely kind, smiling and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. - The cleanliness of the common areas and rooms was excellent, contributing to a pleasant environment.

What an amazing hotel at the Golf resort

Our booking was made at the last minute after an Airbnb was a disaster on checkin. Rinaldo was super accommodating and we felt welcomed immediately upon arrival. Highly recommend this family owned property.

The rooms were very clean and the historic building was lovely. We appreciated that while the rooms were renovated and up to date that some of the original walls and features were left visible highlighting the history of the building. The owner was gracious and friendly. We had to check out early for a flight and were offered breakfast which was made the night before and delivered to our room for us to have in the morning.

The breakfast spread is very good and has a lot of variety. Room decor may look dated but we like its vintage look, and it's spotlessly clean. And every room has beautiful flowers at its window like the Belle epoch hotels you see in Stresa. Ours beautifully framed the Old Town. The owner/manager is a 4th generation of this classic hotel and he's running it with meticulous traditional hospitality. He's a rarity and true gentleman. Stay here just to experience it!

Hotel is little bit old but room is big 😊 location is good, have good restaurants around.

One of the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Our mini suite was amazing. The staff is dedicated and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. All perfect for us.

Nice, small hotel with a friendly owner.

Good breakfasts. The room had a balcony with a good view of the Lake, Convenient to RR station, Pleasant town
