We were met at the apartment, very helpful as a very historic location, parking a minor challenge! Hosts most welcoming, kitchen basics supplied (salt, pepper, spices, sugar etc) biscuits n cookies for breakfast.

We LOVED everything about this stay! It could not have been more perfect. Sergio and his family were welcoming, so warm and accommodating--absolutely LOVELY! The restaurant was one of the best in town. The accommodations felt so comfortable and elevated--beautiful view, perfect location--Anagni is a wonderful little town, and SO close to many other tiny, mediaeval towns--all just sooo perfect. But the very best were our hosts...just couldn't have been better!

The agritourism venue was the perfect getaway from the typical tourist attractions near Rome. Our hosts Simona and Claudio provided a warm welcome and went out their way to give us a very y enjoyable stay. Excellent food, comfortable lodging and a relaxing pool with beautiful views. We loved it.

WE LOVED THIS TOWN!

WE LOVED THIS TOWN! So Charming--even in off season, we had a great selection of wonderful restaurants, bakeries and bars. The town has a wonderful feel and lots of places to visit. It is also very close to other mediaeval towns that are great day trips. We even got an incredible massage just 15 minutes away in Fiuggi. We want to go back!

I spent two weekends in Anangi, the first weekend exploring...

I spent two weekends in Anangi, the first weekend exploring and listening to a jazz band play . The second weekend I revisited and booked a ticket to the Cathedral and the crypt underneath. Definitely worth a visit if you are into art. Also the Bonafacie palazzo was interesting to visit. There is also another church to visit with interesting art work in the centre of the Borgo medieval village area. Parking available in a public multi storey park below the cathedral and a 5 minute walk , Sundays in the white squares can be free unless there is a festival on. Otherwise paid parking in the blue lines. A nice town to walk around and explore.

Anagni is a lovely old town well worth visiting.

Anagni is a lovely old town well worth visiting. We had to search for parking so for us it was a long walk. Although it was a long walk we enjoyed having dinner in the piazza at the top of the town. There appears to be one main street that leads you all the way up to the top of the old town, so you cant get lost.

The location is fantastic, peaceful and private.

The location is fantastic, peaceful and private. The restaurant foods was exceptional. The breakfast had a large array of both sweet and savory foods, and fantastic coffee. The medieval town of Anagni was great to visit with easy parking and convenient restaurants. Claudio and Simona welcomed us as if we were family and made us feel right at home. Simona speaks English so there is no language barrier. The rooms are quite spacious, the pool area is relaxing and the breakfast/common room is very large and comfortable. Would stay here again in the future.

Anagni was a delightful surprise about an hour south of Rome...

Anagni was a delightful surprise about an hour south of Rome - almost a Tuscan hilltop town in its old centre, but not yet ruined by tourism. We selected it for an overnight stay because we wanted to visit the beautiful cathedral with its Cosmati tiled floor and its frescoes. There are other prominent ancient cathedrals / monasteries in the same region.

This is a fantastic B&B. The owners are so kind and helpful and the room we had was so nice and convenient. We had bought a bottle of wine in the supermarket and some bread, cheese, ham etc and we coincidently met the landlord. She immediately offered us plates and glasses!! The terrasse was big and with a wonderful view and the B&B so centrally in Anagni.

Very cozy little bnb right in the historic centre of Anagni. The staff were so friendly and even helped us find parking when we couldn’t find a spot! The room is very clean and quiet and the location is amazing. We hope to come back and stay for longer!
