From
CanadaWe loved the location to the town, restaurants shops, all within walking distance. Also we loved the terrace off the bedrooms and kitchen a pleasure. The villa was cool, comfortable and a lot of effort was taken to create comfort especially the bedrooms. The hosts were absolutely wonderful!! We were greeted by the hosts upon arrival, they left a bottle of local wine and fresh homemade biscuits, fresh fruit and lots of bottled water for us. Highly recommended, we would love to stay again when in the area.

HungaryPerfect location, right inside the charming old city walls. Very soul warming and authentic family house. The view from the bedroom is absolutely stunning with the sunset aligned exactly in front of it!
We also really appreciate how the host Cinzia received us. She was very kind and available to provide everything we needed besides also giving us the context of the city as well as the sentimental value of the house, Casa di Nonna :)
A very very special place.

loved all of it.
loved all of it. The place is perfect for traveling with others. 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Kitchen with dishwasher was a plus.
Suggestion would be to have a toaster. We missed having one for morning toast. We DID NOT miss it not having a microwave.
The town is charming and welcoming. Mostly Italian tourist not Americans which is a plus for us.

A beautiful fresh breakfast was delivered each morning to our room, including one of the best cream (custard) filled croissants I ever had. Easy walk to Bevagna town and easy private carpark with easy access to roads to surrounding hill towns. It was relaxing and peaceful after morning and evening drives.

We were not aware of the concept of the hotel until we arrived. We had the gym room which was a bit too quirky for our taste but it was a nice change. The hotel is beautifully located near local farms, which makes for a nice morning walk. The staff has been very nice and welcoming, especially Maddie.

This is a beautiful property with postcard views. The host Chiara was lovely. We didn't have a car and Chiara gave us a lift into local town Bevagna for dinner one night. This is a lovely rustic old farm house with a lot of history.
