my friend and i were warmly welcomed and each enjoyed our comfortable, spacious rooms. the host/chef/does-it-all proprietor was a delight and his joy-infused manner lifted our spirits after the first two long days of walking on the via di francesco. la rasse was a quiet oasis with a lovely dining and common area and delicious homemade pasta, desserts, and more. i would return tomorrow!

Everything! This place is a hidden gem: from the excellent to staff to the clean and exquisite room, I loved everything about it. Also shout out to Lamberto, the manager, helpful and knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. One of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot!!

We had a lovely stay here with large rooms and bathroom (the photos really didn't give it justice), breakfast was amazing - personally waited on with tea/coffee/crossaints/cakes etc, and the pool was large and warm. There was also a great walk(bike trail) close by, along the river into Citta de Castilla where there are many restaurants and services. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We liked the location, especially the view from the kitchen. We think that every air traffic control manager of any airport could be envious about this view to the lowlands below Citerna. And the view is almost 180 degrees, moutains included and the local Citerna neighbourhood below included. We stay excited for the next time.

A very comfortable apartment 2 minutes off the Camino. Host very kind and helpful. Recommend staying here. Citerna is a beautiful little hillside town.
