Silvia is the most thoughtful and generous host! My husband and I were overwhelmed with the consistent and abundant supplies of snacks, water bottles, and coffee pods for the espresso machine. She also has a series of impressive and extremely thoughtful hand-made maps of the town on the dining room wall. They show nearby sites to visit and places to go in town, which we really appreciated! During our stay, we enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony, which offers a sweeping view of the hills around Sassoferrato. The B&B is also just a 5-10 minute walk away from many wonderful pizzerias, restaurants, and at least tel grocery stores in town. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Everything was great! The cleanliness and the modern design of the appartment. Across the building was a street where you can park your car for free. AC was very helpful during a hot summer night. The contact was great through whatsapp and email. No key was needed. Everything works with 2 door-codes.

We had a beautiful stay at Rocca Contrada, don't hesitate to book. The house has been tastefully and lovingly refurbished and you'll sleep so well on the comfortable bed. The house is located at the heart of a truly authentic and lived in Italian Piazza where the locals gather to drink coffee and chat. The place was centrally located and very spacious, with lots of windows and a rooftop terrace with a view. The host Michelle was very kind and helpful -- she shared events within the town and allowed a late checkout. We also appreciated the history mention of the space as a family's sewing workshop.
