Beautiful place. The staff was amicable and attentive even before the trip. The restaurant was fantastic; they even had gluten-free options. The spa was outstanding. I recommend doing the guided activities through the spa. It is worthy.

Clean, quiet, free airport shuttle, friendly, and very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Very peaceful setting, floating on the small lake, and watched the fish and turtles swim by . . . very nice. The restaurant next door is very good.

Everything is perfect, but location. Reception is working 24/7, as well as lobby bar :) Very clean, comfortable. Nice receptionists, but some of them speak only Italian, so it can be tricky :)
