The appartment owner is very communicative and reactive in case of any issues in the appartment . It was totally different than it said online. On the photos it showed cute little appartements with amenities but instead we got a double room with five beds and a mini fridge. It was dirty and we couldn’t even have a coffee on the shared terrace. The restaurants didn’t offer much quality and we were actually on a camping with 8000 people. This was not communicated! The poos water was so dirty that my kids got sick. Also they call it ApartHotel but that is permanently closed on google maps. Also we were given the the wrong adres. The entire trip was a dream, from the unbelievable 360 degree views from the villa we stayed in at Villa La Palagina to the absolutely gorgeous infinity pool area. My family and I were very impressed by all the staff from the reception staff, waiters in the glorious restaurant to the lovely man who tended to gardens in our villa.
