The location is not far from the Fregene beach. You can just walk there. There are many nice beach bars and free beach area you can just lay down and dont need to pay for the beach chairs. And nearby the house there are many rearaurants, Gelato, small shops, post you can enjoy the foods! We have tried very nice pizza there for dinner and watch Euro2024! When you come from Rome city centre to the main train station at Maccarese Fregene, you will need to take the bus no. 11 to the station near the place which we hate, Haha because no signs, no information at the bus stop at all and hard to find information on the internet. We waited without knowing when the next bus will come and need to ask around the people there which cannot speak english. However when I told the owner that we have waited quite long 45 mins, she reacted very fast and picked up us within 10 min. I would like to thanks her! She is very nice and friendly host. You can ask her anything just use google translate from English to Italian. She is very supportive!!! Shared Bathroom: which is okay for us. It's a big one and there're everything for you such as shampoo, shower cream, cotton pads etc. Actually there's another big room which has ensuit bahtroom. Breakfast: continental breakfast

Everything is just like in the photos. Clean, cozy, comfortable, large bed, everything looks very clean and modern. You can get from the airport on one bus for €7, or with transfers on different buses number 8, 1, and 11, the cost is €1 and takes 90 minutes. The owner is very friendly and ready to answer all your questions and help. Tea, coffee, snacks, and water are all provided. There is also a mini-fridge. A supermarket is just a 20-minute walk away. Cafés and pizzerias are also within walking distance. Transportation is also nearby. I hope to come back again.

The villa is located in a quiet street just a stone's throw away from the beach. It has a beautiful private garden with outside seating which we enjoyed. Getting to Rome is straightforward either by train from Maccarese or by car (if you avoid the traffic jams during rush hour). Even in the offseason, many great restaurants are open in the area. In my opinion, this villa is a great choice in terms of price and quality ratio.

Three days was enough.

Three days was enough. I can imagine it is an easy holiday spot for those who live in Rome, and most of the houses are owner rentals. Good to get into Rome or to the port. Not far from the airport, but book a car via owner of house

This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport.

This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport. It had a hardworking staff and owner/manager. Our evening meal there was surprisingly good and breakfast was wonderful. The owner/manager clearly cares about quality. In general, it was more and better than I expected. Cleaning ongoing throughout the day. Beds were comfortable!

It's the nearest sea from Rome.

It's the nearest sea from Rome. The problem is buses are not often passing there. There are not that much for explore at the city centre. I like that quiet area between the bus stop and the beach.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one...

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. Avoid Fregene, unless one is looking for a farmland stay

The hotel was in need of renovation, with visible mold on the building and rust throughout the property. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the breakfast was just mediocre. There was no swimming pool, and no elevator to assist with getting your luggage upstairs. Additionally, the staff did not offer any help with luggage. I would not recommend this place.
