The staff is excellent, wonderful location overlooking the lake and a short walk to the ferry to Monte Isola.

Posizione, vista, piscina e cibo.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff – it truly felt like a family-run business, with everything done with great care and attention to detail. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Even though we arrived quite late, the location was easy to reach, parking was available, and the place itself is very picturesque, which made us love it even more. The only regret is that we could only stay for one night.

Great location with a great view! After traveling from Dusseldorf to Brechia for meetings, this was the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day of travel

Great staff and warm reception. Beautiful location !

Best possible view from the room and the small balcony with lake view. Complete breakfast and excellent restaurant. Nice personal, family vibe and so nicely proned garden. I will come here again!

Amazing view, a big and comfortable room, very clean and nice.

The location on the lake was excellent and the adult pool was perfection.

This is an amazing hotel. Very clean, roomy enough, and we had views of the lake. We were in a junior lake suite. Our kids actually had even a little better views from their two rooms that were a floor higher because their view was not obstructed any by houses in the way. The breakfast was impressive. We stayed cool - important after hiking in the heat! The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We enjoyed the hot tub outside; did not utilize the pool as we swam in the lake instead. This hotel is a bit further walk from the heart of town, but it is doable. We would definitely stay there again.

We were thrilled to make last minute reservations (we literally arrived 5 minutes later) and discover a very comfortable room and with a very lovely dining room still open (we arrived late in the evening as well) for us to enjoy. We were so satisfied that we stayed another night, albeit in another room, this one with a balcony and a lake view! No better place to watch a rainstorm that evening the likes of which I've never seen before.

Only positive things could be said about hotel. Good hotel position, almost on the lake shore. And additional plus is the exit to the roof with lake view, tables and chairs. Just seat and enjoy. All regular parameters of the hotel are good or even perfect, as for me. Spacey parking. Spacey clean, good equipped room. Minibar, kettle, tea cups. I stayed only 2 nights but they changed me towels. Hotel breakfast is really very good. And finally staff. Your first and final contacts with hotel are contacts with staff. And hotel staff definitely added positive feeling of staying in the hotel.

Its quiet and elegant with excellent guest amenities.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous . From the beautiful pastry table ,to the hot dishes ,to the meat and cheese trays and then the espresso and coffee machine it was all beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was helpful if there was anything else needed. The pool and hot tub with views of the lake were paradise as was the hotel location in one of the most beautiful settings in the world .

exceptional view high above lake, exceptional facility from all inclusive spa, wonderful garden, building, service. Very friendly family run hotel / spa with restaurant, great breakfast bar in morning included, fancy restaurant service in evening only. Included spa facilities incl. infinity pool, multiple hot tubs / jacuzzies, sauna, all in high quality high standard. The price at the time in season (end april) was a bargain for the excellent service and facilities. Located high above the lake, good hiking from village

The location in town was perfect for walking around.

View, cleanliness, stuff, design. Super restaurant by the hotel nearby. Everything was nice and people were super nice.

From the moment you step in the door the staff do everything in order to make you comfortable, everyone is very professional and welcoming, the rooms are great, the view is outstanding. Breakfast is good and is served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant dinner which was excellent. Luxury hotels have a lot to learn from this place,
