Molfetta wasn't actually on our itinerary, but at the last minute, following my first accommodation booking fail, we wound up here in the early evening. I was feeling a little teary and exhausted after a stressful drive and Dogana was like a refuge of safety and security. The staff are so welcoming, kind and understanding. The little town is lovely and the position of the hotel is sensational. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious, and lunch in the Panzerotti bar next door which was so good! The room was beautiful--the balcony had the most gorgeous view. And the valet parking was exactly what we needed after a very stressful afternoon. I'm so glad we stayed here!

The check-in was very easy, everything was done online. The apartment is as advertised, very modern, brand-new, with all necessary amenities. A very generous offer for breakfast for a family of 4. Moreover, the manager helped us with transportation to the airport., as there is no public transportation in the area. There is a nice deck behind the property for sunbathing. The beach is rocky, so caution is advised. There is an excellent restaurant next door, mostly seafood. Many thanks for a nice stay !

Fantastic accommodation close to the train station; clean, nicely decorated, very quiet, and great AC. Freshly baked croissants and yogurt for breakfast, as well as juice and bottles of water in the refrigerator. Perfect location near the city center, just a couple of blocks from the sea; many shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Beautiful Italian fishing village. Nunzia and Francesco are WONDERFUL! They were both so helpful and Francesco spent a lot of time explaining the local culture and history of the area, going above and beyond regarding the best sites to visit. We HIGHLY recommend!!

Town is not suitable for tourists. Narrow streets and pedestrian lanes, cars everywhere across both sides of the streets, no trees, just buildings and cars. No safe parking to leave car. There are garages, but not with 24/7 access

Molfetta is a welcoming small city on the sea.

Molfetta is a welcoming small city on the sea. Pleasant to walk on the Lungomare and through the old city. We visited in late April, cooler than usual weather but had mostly sunny days to enjoy the sea views.

Very nice and charming city.

Very nice and charming city. We visited it just before an Easter, so had opportunity to observe some Christian procession. Streets in oldtown are very narrow, so be careful when driving. Better prepare a bit in advance by looking street view or so.

We went to Molfetta for “The Festa”, blessing of the fleet.

We went to Molfetta for “The Festa”, blessing of the fleet. A tradition that a lot of fishing towns have. It was amazing. Lots of music, people & festivities. The town comes to life. Any other time of the year, it is a very quiet town.

A beautiful small town, like stepping back i time to a traditional town. City bus ride was a lovely experience of the town. Accessible via train. Right by the ocean, beautiful sea view, for long walks.

As an aussie with roots and family in Molfetta, i was thrilled to see the old city restored with chic restaurants and accommodation (not the case back in 1985). Molfetta is rich in history, character and culture. The highlite of my trip was the Easter celebrations and festivities. So emotional and moving. Next time, will visit in September for the Madonna Dei martini feast. Arriverdeci Molfetta

The property was very clean, comfortable and the decor was very tasteful. The location was perfect, with views to the sea, especially from the roof terrace. The owner was incredibly kind and communicative. They baked for us a focaccia- perfect. I would recommend anyone thinking of visiting Molfetta to stay at this accommodation.

Great location overlooking the harbour. It was fun watching the fishing fleet go about their work. Excellent service throughout and a great mix of old fashioned external features and modern, high tech hotel interior. We didn’t eat in the hotel

The view was magnificent from the apartment. Well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed. We found many restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops nearby. Molfetta is a quiet town, perfect for relaxation.
