Very Clean Rooms and awesome staff

It was a very unique property near the salt pans. Wonderful sunsets and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety. The staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was excellent. Comfortable bed and room.

This was a great accommodation, I would highly recommend it. Excellent location, very very clean, quiet at night. spacious showers with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds. breakfast was abundant, a very good value for the money. but the best thing is the personnel. Everybody was incredibly kind, warm and professional, always with a smile. they made restaurant reservations for us and gave us great recommendations for food and things to do. When my husband got sick during our stay they helped in any way possible, gave us food in the middle of the night, offered to help with going to the pharmacy, checked on us and provided a very caring environment. We have traveled a lot, and this is by far the most welcoming hotel we have ever visited, we have been truly impressed! I am looking forward to visit them again soon.

Everything, it was comfortable and clean and personalized attention.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and completely forgot we even mentioned that upon booking. When we arrived there was champagne and a handwritten card waiting for us and towel shaped swans and rose petals shaped into a heart on the bed. They went above ans beyond!!!

We fell in love with Trapani because of this lovely hotel. Close to the city center and port, for walks in sunset and during the day. The location is also on Corso Italia, which has a supermarket and pharmacy a few meters away from the hotel. I recommend taking the breakfast since it had a good verity of options, and delicious cannolis and pastries for dessert. As well as wonderful coffee. The staff is wonderful and helpful, helping us book a taxi from the bus station within 10 minutes from our arrival to Trapani, and we got upgraded, which was an incredible start for our trip. The staff were also being very kind and helpful during breakfast, recommendations for restaurants and ferries to Favignana and anything else we needed. The rooms are all private, quiet and incredibly well-equipped with a mini-bar, a/c, safe and a comfortable spacious bath. We truly appreciated everything in this hotel, the design, rooftop breakfast and the silence that allowed us to recharge and enjoy our trip so much. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend booking it! Thank you!

Beautiful room, great breakfast, staff were exceptional and the location was excellent for all activities in Tripani. Martina on the front desk was amazing with her restaurant recommendations!

Newly renovated, wonderful, welcoming reception staff, and helpful. Great location

Appartamento carino, spazioso e pulito. Posizione ottima e personale molto gentile. Le ragazze del servizio colazione sono state super! Un ringraziamento particolare a Liliana :)

The view. The proximity to the ocean. Peaceful. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Everything is great. The location is great. The room is super clean. The facility is in good condition. The shower is great with enough hot water and water pressure. The staff is very nice.

The location of the hotel was excellent, on the top of the hill with panorama. The rooms was comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient with variety of options.

Excellent food choices. Great service.

Modern and super clean hotel. Very close to beach and a short walk to historic center. Breakfast was great and ample. Staff very professional, courteous and provided excellent advice and recommendations. Highly recommend . Definitely stay here on my next trip to Trapani.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the reception team gave us some excellent recommendations that really made our stay even better. We also enjoyed a lovely welcome drink on the hotel’s terrace, which was such a nice touch. I highly recommend going there around sunset - the atmosphere and views were beautiful. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we would recommend!

Very clean comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff to quickly orient to the area. Beautiful water front near by.

Palazzo Gato gives you a true spa like experience, from the moment you walk in the place is filled with fragrance drifting in the air that wakes up your senses. Then you are greeted with professional Staff, who are willing to help you in any way possible. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, and most of all really clean. Breakfast is really substantial, with fresh squeezed orange juice, and sweet and savory options. The plates and silverware are absolutely an art form. The servers are really kind and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel. Prime location in the old town, literally one minute away, yet very quiet.

Large and well furnished apartments at an excellent location.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment overlooking the sea, there was a bar/restaurant immediately below which was buzzing and had many people but it was really nice and not a problem and they closed by midnight and you can listen to the waves as you sleep. The balcony was very spacious and big, the area feels safe and comfortable and it was gorgeous. Small kitchenette but it had everything required. The bathroom was big and luxurious. In order to enter you have to check in at the hotel (so don't use this address directly to arrive!) - I got lost initially but on one of the few emails it says you have to go to the hotel first. This was useful as when you check out you can leave your bags there and wait there, and use the toilets if required (unlike with most apartments where you have to just check out and take everything!)

Massimo was incredibly patient, waiting for me even outside of regular check-in hours. The location of the hotel was amazing, and Marco, the receptionist, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He provided us with great tips on where to eat and have fun in the area. If I ever return to Trapani, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It’s absolutely worth the price.
