I liked the old city center area, all the restaurants and shops just a short walk on mostly level ground. It seemed very safe! I would have liked to see the museum but it was a little too far and down a steep hill for a troublesome knee. A little knowledge of Italian and a translation app was helpful. An interesting city for a short visit.
An interesting city for a short visit. A nice Archeological museum (general tours are in Italian exclusively). The city is rich in its theatre but unfortunately, we came out of a season. The historic city centre is situated on the top of a high natural hill; verticals in the city are striking. The property is located near the center. There is a private parking. The room was big with a nice view. It was very clean and everything was new. There was enough hot water. During the night was quiet and we slept very well. There are two rooms in the B&B and we were lucky to have calm travelers in the other room. We almost didn't hear their presence there.
