Hotel was across the street from the beach, and we had a lovely balcony. Staff was delightful. There is an elevator so no issue reaching rooms. Breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and wonderful options for coffee, fresh fruit and sweets. We enjoyed our stay here because we have relatives in the area. The town of Patti is right there with amusement parks and playgrounds for children. The seaside Pizza restaurants serve wonderful food. People are out walking until late enjoying the cool evening temperatures.

The room was comfortable and clean. The pool is great and has an amazing view. It's nice and well kept. The staff are nice and it is kid friendly. It has an old fashioned family vacation vibe like the a Catskill resort with entertainment.
