Very kind people in a marvellous master house. Room vas exceptional, with jacuzzi and a very good bed. The house is wonderful (ancestral staircase, private church, beautiful terrace,…)

Paula,the owner, is by far the best! She made my stay feel just like coming home. She is kind and knowledgeable. We had a lot of conversations about so many things and she taught me a lot about Italian culture and history. She bakes fresh bread and torts and makes a lovely breakfast each morning with homemade jam. She also made me a couple of delicious dinners. She is very easy going and not pushy or invasive at all. The rooms are filled with cool antiques and books and it’s a very peaceful place. I stayed in about 7 places during my trip and she was by far the most memorable.

Excellent position on the beach and right in the centre of the town. The views were amazing.

What is not to like?! The property is one of 5 beautiful similar buildings on a wonderful street and location in Rapallo. Excellent base to explore local gems like Santa Margherita Ligure, Recco, and Camogli. Perfect location for everything, including the ferry and the local market along the street on certain days. We got lucky to experience the chocolate festival as well! The room was spacious with a great bathroom and the room had a perfect view right out to the water/beach/sunset. The breakfast is by far the best breakfast we have had at a non-brand name hotel in Europe! And as if it couldn't be any better, then there's the STAFF! Sara started us off on such a positive note with her very helpful and friendly emails prior to arrival, then to meet her in person was the icing on the cake. She is such a lovely caring person and she made us feel like family. She gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. Elina greeted us also on arrival and when she found out we needed to check in quickly to make the ferry to Portofino (last one of the season), she immediately got us checked in quickly and then went out the door with us to show us exactly where to meet the ferry! And Greta. She is amazing and so friendly and incredibly helpful! We saw her often because she was working a lot, and she always greeted us like we were her brothers and with a big smile on her face. She helped with our requests and even created a small box to help us mail a package while there. All 3 of them helped us greatly while retrieving one of our pieces of luggage that was delayed and then had it placed in the room once it arrived. Needless to say, we loved our 6 days at this property and would come back in a heartbeat! Congrats on a winning place in every aspect and your staff are the best assets of all!

Breakfast is the best !! Swimming pool is unique . Staff are very supportive.

The staff were exceptionally invested in our stay. The hotel owner introduced himself and was very aware of who we were and how we were experiencing the hotel.
