During our 10-day trip across Italy, we stayed here for two nights, and I have to say—it was the best stay of our entire trip! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We booked a room for three people with separate beds, and it was fantastic. The space was generous, allowing us to store our large luggage while still having plenty of room to move around comfortably. We loved the modern design of the rooms at this hotel, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable as well.

FAQs about hotels in Verona

A Shakespearean Fairytale

A darling of Shakespeare, beautiful Verona is the literary home of Romeo and Juliet. The medieval families of Montague and Capulet immortalized in the tragic play did actually exist and some buildings relating to the Montagues are still present.

Sorry to disappoint, but the place purporting to have been Juliet's house in Verona was not actually where she lived. However, it’s still worth suspending reality for a while and stepping out onto the balcony to see if Romeo turns up.

Another of the must-see Verona sights is the Arena, a largely intact Roman amphitheater which is now the spectacular setting for outdoor summer operas. Smaller Roman relics include the stone bridge that crosses the river by the Roman theater whose remains are partly beneath a house.

The city’s narrow streets house many cafes and restaurants which have cheaper fare than the touristy ones by the Arena, although admittedly the views are less impressive. Life in Verona is laid back and elegant, so expect to see some well-heeled Italians on a post-dinner passeggiata.

Verona Airport is a little out of town, so you’ll need to take a bus to get to your Verona hotel, apartment or B&B. Book with Booking.com for the best choice.

First time in Verona found it to be very beautiful Italian pictures city with many things to do and a lot historical sites. Giulietta's house for the ladies, see football games of HELLAS VERONA, visit The Arena di Verona is an impressive. See performances, opera and ballet in Arena and The Teatro Romano. Both were stunning. Walks by the river, visit churches and the museums. Also archaeological sites across the city are well presented and give a clear sense of Verona’s Roman heritage. Overall, a highly recommended destination for anyone travelling alone or with company.

It's a great place for a weekend break, and it's very walkable. There is plenty to see in the centro storico, including the Arena, which hosts spectacular shows during the season. There is great food and wine, and lots of accommodation options.

    We love Verona.

We love Verona. Even in the height of summer it was not too crowded and was no hotter than it was when we were there in June a couple of years ago. Easy to walk around. Our visit this time was to attend the Opera at the Roman Arena. You can't go past the venue for a great experience, but the opera was disappointing (Aida, with some unusual costume and choreography choices). For a great view, catch the funicular up the hill, go to the cafe for a drink and then walk down. To manage the heat and the crowds, go out early in the morning and then have a siesta. Must have at least one meal by the Arena.

The room was a good size, air-conditioning worked well and bathroom quite large for Europe, usually don't like staying on ground floor level but the very strong Iron Bars on the windows took away any fears and felt quite safe. Parking was excellent, we booked too late to get the parking of the hotels but literally a five minute walk down the road and with two big suitcases was the best parking we have had in Italy and we had a big car. I would stay at this hotel again for the price, great breakfast and large room size.

Everything felt very clean. I had a room with a shared kitchen and even that was kept really clean. My brother who's working in Italy was able to stay for 2 night for an extra charge, this was super nice. He could even park his car in the garage. Neighborhood is alright, not too far from Verona's city center. From Verona you can easily take the train to other cities which is perfect! Bonus points for the Pizza Express on the corner of the street!

Good location for shops, market and key attractions, breakfast was varied with a mixture of foods, staff friendly and helpful room size was good slippers along with toiletries provided. Not far from amphitheater with lots of restaurants dotted around. Make sure you take lots of money as many great things to buy. Cab journey from Verona airport costs about €35 to hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location of hotel in a wide leafy street was perfect in terms of Verona train station ( 10 mins walk), old town( 10 mins walk) , airport 15 minutes by car or airlink bus ( only 7 euro each and at train station). Beds very comfortable and room big ( adult and two tall teens ), good selection at breakfast and lots of it.

The location of the apartment is perfect it’s near from the central station and Verona center, if you want to enjoy it better. You can rent electric scooter it’s also cheap. The appartement is also nice but the problem is the bathroom you need to wait if it’s occupied. In total it’s really good appartement/hotel.
