From start to finish, the experience at AC Hotel was faultless. The conference room we booked was beyond perfect — quiet, spacious, and with excellent acoustics and lighting, which made it ideal for both broadcast and in-depth conversation. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that every detail was taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attentiveness allowed us to focus entirely on our production and our guests. The AC Hotel in Kingston is not simply a venue, it is a partner in creating moments that matter. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a professional, welcoming, and world-class environment.
