The property was secured, clean and the housekeeper Ven was very polite to us and help us with whatever we needed. Joel the host of the property he was just a text message away he responded to us rapidly and we felt very comfortable.. I would recommend this place its very cozy and clean. I wish i didn't had to leave lol I felt at home and at peace.

Our stay at Dell's Exotic Haven was absolutely wonderful! from the moment we arrived, Ms Dell made us feel right at home. The space was spotlessly clean and very welcoming, had everything we needed. Like the welcome beverages and the handy guidebook full of recommendations and information.  We actually spend 2 nights instead of one . The host was very understanding and accommodating we truly appreciated her flexibility. The location couldn’t have been better quiet and peaceful. Wifi was fast had the option of A/C or Fan and our son love the cozy living room with the soft and fluffy sofa. We will book again in a heartbeat highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located getaway.

Wonderful ocean views, wonderful staff and bartenders. Shout out to Deyan and Fiona,young male bartenders. I had a wonderful time and definitely would return. Love all the art on the waves, the spicy coconut restaurant and DJ’s were great also.

    It was a pleasure staying at this property and it exceeded all expectations! The modern updates seamlessly blend with the island charm, creating a perfect retreat. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the living areas are ideal for relaxation. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes to the beach and Dunn's River . This home truly felt like a luxurious getaway. Highly recommend for a getaway with the family.

    The property provided exactly what I needed to feel...

    The property provided exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The location is great, it is peaceful and it allows me to feel really safe. My favorite restaurants are very close so there was no need for excess travel for food. The host is accommodating, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

    We loved the hospitality and the fact that they switch...

    We loved the hospitality and the fact that they switch security every day (you never get use to a security guard), I think it's a great strategy... The property owner, (we call him, "Mr. Junior"... Lol) he checked on us occasionally to make sure we were comfortable and if you're a person who loves to prepare your own meals, supplies can be easily acquired at BOOT supermarket and The St. Ann's Bay market we really loved our trip and accommodation...ps.they are strict on Covid 19 precautions 😐

    Seameyah is a beautiful villa located in the scenic Mammee Bay Estate, walking distance from one of the best beaches in St Ann. Robert and Kerry ensured we had everything to make our stay comfortable, they attended to all our needs. Mary the owner was helpful and resourceful. She allowed us to have our wedding on the beautiful lawn and tried her best to have the property ready for the wedding.
