One of the only options for a nice and modern stay in Sorachi that doesn’t totally break the bank. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioning was user-selectable (could choose cold or hot air regardless of season). Very convenient next to train station but they also have a big parking lot. Breakfast was excellent.

The house is located in the heart of Mikasa city, making it very convenient to travel around and explore the town. We especially enjoyed our stay during the Obon festival. The accommodation was excellent — spacious, well-ventilated, and very comfortable. Drinking water was also thoughtfully provided in the house. Overall, a great place to stay!
