The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. We are very grateful for all the help they gave us. Additionally they serve good coffee, you have a chance to play multiple board games etc. The location is also optimal, right next to the main public onsen.

Staff are super nice. They carefully checked if I booked the smoking room by accident, which I did. Then they helped me switch to non-smoking room very quickly. The reception is with staff 24 hours with extremely thoughtful service!

Location was perfect, just upstairs of the main station. So it was too easy to go anywhere within the city or the other cities in Japan. Also just in a walking distance from the shopping area and the good restaurants. Staff was too kind and helpful. Rooms were really neat, tidy and clean. And not as small as other Japanese hotels. They even have massage chairs within the room which was quite fantastic thinking that you’ll have long walks in Japan.
