We had a wonderful stay at 古民家の宿 紋七 (Kominka-no-yado “Monshichi”) in Mobara. This beautifully restored traditional Japanese house offers both charm and comfort, blending nostalgic ambience with modern amenities. The location is super convenient. The hosts were kind and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a unique and memorable experience.

The staff is nice, and the room is very spacious. Many amenities and there is a wide selection of foods available -apparently 24h. We were traveling with a toddler and we really appreciated the room and bed size.

the staff was very friendly with us. the hostel is very close to the beach (2 min walking). you can rent surf boards. japanese style room, very big and clean. the food and drinks from the bar were really good as well.
