This is a suite on the bottom floor of a house. The owners live on the upper floor. There was really no problem with this except that we worried about noise disturbing the owners. It was extremely comfortable and homey and you can make use of a massage chair which was wonderful.

Nothing can beat being beside the Shin-Hakodate station. Made my seat reservations in this station for my other trips. Also it’s quiet, never heard a rail/train/whistle sound. Standard double room was big enough. Large reception area, convenience store on the ground floor and vending machine on the reception area

The place is so closed to the train station.. just about 5 mins walk. The staff also friendly easy to deal with. Free breakfast also provided and also dinner (with limited number of pax first come first serve basis). But unlucky us we cannot eat since it was not muslim friendly. But during breakfast we can have the onigiri with salmon and some veges.
