The most outstanding asset of this hotel is its stuffs and their service. Mr. Bathiya and other stuffs were really attentive and helpful. When I asked about the opening hours of the museum before my departure for Sri Lanka, he even took the labour of visiting the museum in person and found out it was open on Sundays. He said the museum did not answer his call. They also advised me to dine not at a fancy and touristy restaurant but at a good restaurant frequented by local people. I could enjoy delicious local food eating among the local people. Also, I accidentally left some medicines in the room when I checked out, and Mr. Bathiya have them delivered to my next accommodation without any charge. This is an incredible show of hospitality. The location is good also. The hotel is in a quiet residential area near the lake and it is only about 10 to 15 minutes to the town centre. The room and linens were of course very clean.

The property was beautiful, the room was amazing And the meals were fabulous. We booked this accommodation because it included dinner and the dinners were gourmet. We especially think the staff, Sangen and Manju for all their help in arranging activities while we’re there and an amazing stay in Kandy.

Beautiful hotel situated overlooking all of Kandy. You get to watch the sun rise from bed and can enjoy the sunset on the rooftop terrace. The staff were so accommodating and helpful especially when we were having issues communicating with our Tuk tuk driver. There’s a restaurant on site which is perfect after a long day of touring. The hotel is far enough from the city where it’s calm and quiet but still accessible by tuk tuk just factor in some time if you are trying to get to the train station. The room was so well kept and clean. Breakfast was also amazing, super tasty and you have a choice of options you’d like. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I absolutely recommend staying in when you are in Kandy.

Perfect for winding up the city noises between beautiful green hills with birds chirping everywhere. The staff are amazing and front desk was super helpful whenever we needed something. The pool is amazing and worth spending few hours. Thank you to Manoj for putting a smile on my face
