Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

The service was beyond excellent. The guys at the reception, spa and restaurant were so fantastic. The manager deserves a separate SHUKRAN for being such a great hostess and making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. She organized a very special breakfast table for us, with fresh orange juice, crepes, and other treats! We will definitely come back to this hotel just so that we can get spoiled.

Very warm welcome when we arrived at the riad. Biscuit cookies and tea were such a lovely way to start. The staff met us and helped to get to the riad. The rooms are a nice size and very comfortable The staff is very responsive and quickly addressed anything that was needed. thank you again everyone was wonderful.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.
