Overall, a very nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff. I will certainly be back in March 2025. The addition of a pub / dining room for evening dinner would be a great upgrade, but I do understand that this is not easy to do.

The bed and pillows were amazing. It was clean and the location was great for us. The staff in general was nice and helpful. It's a quiet place. The girl that served us breakfast on Tuesday was very kind and always with a smile.

Had a room on the 11th floor, with excellent conditions. 24hr room service is quite innovative and exceeded expectation. Undoubtedly one of the best I've seen in a while. Staff, Hotel personnel are quite attentive and very helpful. I'll be staying here frequently.

It felt like luxury to arrive after a very long and stressful bus journey from Mazatlan. The receptionist was lovely and accepted us even though Booking.com had cancelled our booking because of a credit card problem.
