The best choice I could ever make.The location is amazing, the rooftop is one of a kind with spectacular view. The staff was really helpful, they gave me a beautiful room, they were nice and supportive. In the lobby you can find coffee, pastries and fruits and also the newspapers. When you step out everything is there, you are in the middle of the action!Safe zone, I had no problems.I will definitely recommend.❤️

Often, the value of actual hospitality is underrated in the hospitality industry, and it's overshadowed by fancy facilities and frills. Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.
