This was our favourite accommodation of our whole Mexico trip. We thought it was really well priced. We loved how it felt like a hidden jungle oasis, especially around the pool. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were 10/10 and our room was dreamy. We can't wait to come back to Tulum and stay at Zenses again!!

The facilities were excellent — the bed was very comfortable, the pool was large and inviting, and the free indoor parking was a great bonus. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. While the location isn’t near the beach in Tulum, we didn’t mind at all, so it suited us perfectly. The area might seem a bit rough at first glance, but we found it to be completely fine — people were friendly, and we had no issues whatsoever. A large Aki supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, and there's also a great little local taco spot called Rico’s Tacos La Chula about 5 minutes away by car — simple, authentic, and delicious. NB. The entrance to the Hotel is a 50 meters gravel road.

Really nice place with a nice pool to chill and really calm. Good location to get to the beach and downtown area. Super nice staff, very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful setting, our ocean front villa was just amazing, the views were great. Food at the restaurant was also lovely!

Room was clean and spacious, loved that it was located in National park, peaceful, beach was beautiful. Loved the breakfast and yoga class in the morning.

It is a cosy place at the end of Tulum✨️ only a few walking minutes away from the centre 😀 The bungalow was nice equipped, outside you can enjoy a rest in a wonderful garden surrounded by plants 🪴 or cool down in the pool. The best is the stuff 👌 very helpful and friendly 😍 Definitely a really nice place to stay.

Beautifull beach hotel. Couldnt be a better choice than Delek. Warme hopitallity, Pao, the lady in the reception wad very nice and helpfull. The roon was clean and very nice designed. The beach was a dream. Like in a picture. Highly recomended.

A nice big room with a comfy bed. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Value for money was amazing. Location was on the edge of town, but a few streets from lots of street food, huge supermarket down the road and other bars too.

The best place we have ever visited, it was amazing the pool is unbeatable and the staff is friendly and attentive, it exceeded our expectations.

Ahau is located on the beachfront within walking distance from various restaurants, bars, beach clubs and stores - the beach is pristine with soft white sand and clear blue ocean! The rooms are clean with comfy beds, the restaurant makes the most amazing food, mezcalitas and the staff are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying at Ahau again on my next visit to Tulum!🙌🏼

The location was phenomenal; two blocks from the bus station and close to everything. I stayed in the penthouse, and it was spacious with a balcony and a gorgeous bathroom with talavera tiles. The onsite restaurant was clean, efficient and had healthy options. Guillermo was an amazing and easy going host. The hotel is covered in art and is a little oasis with lots of plants, water features and friendly cats.

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Tulum although set back a bit from the main road so not too noisy. Bed very comfortable, aircon and fan. Just really nice.

Location was close to the main road and amenities. Friendly staff, big room and nice and clean.

The price to sleep is not much for Tulum prices and you get a beautiful room!!! the people helped me with all info i needed , it was silence in the night , the shower works , really for me it was just what i needed at that moment .
