Amazing digital keys. Everything was easy from Check in to check out. All online but we were fine. Amazing location as well. Not crowded, and walking distance to the zaanse schans. Bus 67 stops nearby. Also easy walk from the zaanse train station. Lovely room. No issues about the view from the room. Ground floor room. Bakery nearby and SPAR is also available nearby. I’ve seen restaurants too. The place is so clean.

Delicious breakfast and absolutely stunning location, in the middle of windmills, right on the water. And yet only a short train ride away from Amsterdam.

We loved the location and the neighbourhood — it’s quiet, charming, and just a short walk from the famous windmills. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It’s also conveniently close to the train station, only about 15–20 minutes from Amsterdam, which made exploring super easy. The owners were extremely welcoming and open — they helped us a lot and made our stay feel very warm and personal.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The location is beautiful and peaceful, right by the water, which made the experience very relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and perfect for a family stay.

A very decent room close to a train station close to Amsterdam, for a very fair price. The hotel is clean and modern. You just walk to the train station, and from there it's a brief ride to Amsterdam. The room is not very big, but comfortable with a nice bath room. The reception is friendly and kind.

The room was pretty and the area was really beautiful

We enjoyed our stay in Best Western a lot. First, location was perfect, really close to the train station. It just takes 10min to go to the Amsterdam or you can take the 5min bus ride for the Zaanse Schans. The room was big, clean, very comfortable and there was everything you needed. We enjoyed the coffee machine and small table in front of the window. Finally, The parking lot was really big. It is easy to find places. It only costs 16 euros per day, cheaper than most of the places. Also, it was safe. You can pay easily in the machine in the lobby even after you check out. Also, the self check in and check out processes were really smooth. Definitely, would stay here another time.

I was pleasantly surprised to be selected as The Guest of the Day and got a free upgrade to a suite with a private sauna. The hotel definitely knows how to make their guests feel special! Thank you! The location is very convenient, right beside the train and bus station.

It is located in a very good place. The room is pleasant.and Lisa, the staff is so kind.

It was parking availability right in front. Also, an amazing restaurant, the food was 10 out of 10 and I promised it was very affordable. And a casino 🎰 inside, too. Also an indoor pool and a gym, rooms with a balcony. I was very satisfied and impressed. And a little store with 24-hour availability where you can get anything you may have forgotten or need.

The room was spacious, soundproof, clean, brand new and well equipped and had a fine balcony overlooking the golf court; there was a 24h self service shop in the hall next to the reception with food and drinks and last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This affordable hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is close to the Zaandam train station, which you can go to take the train or bus to Amsterdam and other tourist towns like Zaanse Schans and Volendam. There are many shops and places to eat. There's also an Albert Heijn nearby to get snacks and drinks. I would come back here again.

The view was amazing! Windows all around 👍. The location was also perfect.

The room was fine, but it was not clear when I booked this that it was a self check in. Relatively quiet for a place above a bar, but I was there on a Tuesday and Wednesday so, grains of salt.

The location and facilities are nice. The free coffee and water were nice. We didn’t understand why there was only one pair of slippers in the double room.

Great location, in the very center of Zandaam, shops and pubs very close and train station 10min walk away. Very neat apartment, clean. Shower was working good. Bed was vefy comfortable. Was handy to have a little kitchen as well. Absolutely lovely selection of teas and nespresso machine. Stuff very welcoming and helpful. Next time would definitely stay here again.
