This is a great properly. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding - not your average breakfast buffet at all - lots of unique and healthy options. The small pool on the roof offers a great retreat from the hullabaloo of Kathmandu. It’s worth noting that they do not have an indoor pool as the description suggests. It’s quite new so everything works and is very clean - a bonus in Nepal. It’s surprisingly quiet in this great location on the back side of Thamel. We will definitely be back and recommend to others.

The room was big (I got one for 3 persons actually) and it had everything I needed. I enjoyed the view from the terrace. Sadly I did not try the spa, but the food I ate at this hotel's restaurant was good (the price seemed reasonable too). Breakfast was 8/10 (Western-style, but it was vegan-friendly enough for me with its vegetables, bread, beans, black coffee etc.). Overall this has to be one of the best hotels in Kathmandu and I don't think one can go wrong with it. My expectations were high from the photos I saw, but this property exceeded them and I had a great time.

First of all, we like the location.It's near to Thamel Rd. where a lot of souvenir shops, bar and restaurants, spa etc. Everything we need is just around the corner. Secondly, all the staff here are very kind, courteous, and helpful and accommodating. Finally, the hotel is clean and peaceful perfect for relaxation.

The property is amazing with the rooms and bathrooms being very spacious and clean. The restaurant has excellent food at a very price. The manager is amazing and very friendly and planned our trip to Pokhara for us. The staff is always smiling and helpful and really made our stay memorable 😄. The breakfast was quite extensive and they change it everyday. Our room price also included an airport pickup which was super convenient.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, we could ask for anything and got immediate assistance. Also, the roof top is a very nice place to watch the sun rise, do some yoga or just have a coffee and read a book. The room served perfectly out needs and the breakfast was delicious every day, so a very decent hotel for a brief stay in Kathmandu and perfectly located to explore the city and take a bus to somewhere else (heart of Thamel and bus stop within walking distance under 10 min)

    Mostly stayed in Thamel tourist area and ate at many local spots: House of MoMo, Third Eye, Yok Bar were all great! But careful as some of the menu descriptions can be a little misleading. Ex: I received a 'chicken skewer' meal that was NOTHING like described. It was even missing the skewers. But the staff was extremely helpful and eager to please. The traffic/driving is crazy! Mopeds/motorbikes are high percentage of use, with automobiles being less visible in the high tourist areas. It is REALLY dusty everywhere. Wear a mask or buff if you have allergy/breathing issues. Always carry your own TP if you're not used to using squatty potty's and bidets!

    Thamel is a good location for tourist, shopping and food will totally depend on your choices. Friendly area and lost of money changes and ATM. It's a good place if you like working. Pls ensure that you have a mask as it is a little dusty.

    Historic city even for now, not much modernisation so be prepared. V religious experience for esp hindus and Buddhists, a spiritual city in the main. Few tourist areas are awesome, site seeing around city can be done in a day or two. Taxis not cheap. Out of town tours or taxis are worth for spiritual understanding. Everest flight is a worthy trip but pricey. All in all 3-4 days in city is enough.

    Start by visiting Darbar Square. There is a restaurant named Sasatawa at Kirtipur. They serve traditional foods at affordable prices. Pashupatinath Mandir is amazing in the evening. However, air pollution is something to be careful of.

    The hotel is new, clean (very very clean) and perfectly equiped. Situated on a quite street at 1-2min walking from everything you need in Thamel. Nice stuff of young and motivated people! I'm coming since 2015 in Nepal and this is by far the best accomodation in this price range I ever found here!
