A lovely country cottage which was very well equipped and comfortable. The furnishings were great and the quality linen and fluffy towels were well appreciated. We didn't meet the hosts although their young son was on site and told us to go into the cottage which was open and ready for us. Lots of useful information and instruction was provided in a printed guest compendium. The cottage was separate but within the grounds of the main house - an arrangement we prefer. We enjoyed our comfortable stay - thank you very much.

Everything! A very upmarket motel with great facilities. Spacious rooms, SO comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. We had an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment, it was absolutely worth it Best motel on our 6 week trip of NZ (both Islands) so far and we still have about 10 days to go

We had such a lovely stay here, it was perfect for our little getaway - peaceful and private with a cosy and comfortable interior. The location is great as it’s walking distance to town and the local hikes! Susan and Colin were so hospitable - very welcoming and generous, and were there to help in any way! Would definitely stay again!
