The house is older but is up kept with lots of love. My room had a sink in it which was really nice, otherwise it was a very small room with a bed but just enough for me for an overnight stay. There is a common kitchen area and lounge, and two shared bathroom areas. The car park is in the back and you have to walk all the way around to go in and out of the front door to the car park, which isn't too bad but something to consider for mobility limitations or if you have a lot to carry to your room. There is a pub and a restaurant on the bottom floor and the accomodations are on the second floor accessed by stairs inside. I enjoyed my stay here and found it very pleasant. The price was higher than I would have expected but closer to fair than others I looked at in the area.

Unique, modern industrial with just the right coziness. Great concept situated near business center and combines multiple restaurants and spaces for casual or informal meetings with colleagues and clients. Staff are energized and friendly. It was less expensive than other locations I normally stay at. Wish I found it sooner and will always be first pick going forward.
