Staff was nice and welcoming. There was a good variety of foods and drinks at breakfast Room was clean and spacious

Staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. I was greeted almost every day with a smile. The Manager remembered me from previous stays and made sure my room had snacks, flowers and a note welcoming me back on my arrival, which is very nice while traveling so far from home. The fresh flowers reminded me of home in the summer. I have recommended to my company that the hotel be placed on The Companys Preferred list. I rotate through the area every 6-8 weeks and management always makes sure I have the same room. I can't comment on the comfort of the beds since post-surgery issues make all beds uncomfortable for me but I'm always able to sleep better here than anywhere else.

The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff was friendly, I loved the breakfast the most! Each day was something different, quite locally specialised :))

Our room was very comfortable. The en-suite was a good size. Buffet breakfast had a good choice

Very good value for the money, clean, nice design, comfortable

Czysto, przemiła obsługa, lepiej niż na zdjęciach, super cena, pyszne śniadanie

Very friendly personnel, all clean and tidy and excellent food at the restaurant in the premises, both for dinner and breakfast.

We enjoyed the location being near the lake and the breakfast wss delicious

Excellent, helpful, and forthcoming staff: Calling from the road and arriving less than 10 minutes before an online meeting I needed to open, we were met in reception with keys ready to go, facilitating a smooth, perfect transition to work. Our very quiet room faced a snowy woods, evening dinner in the restaurant was perfect from the first to the last course, and the staff was just as wonderful in the restaurant as in reception.

Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made our stay even more pleasant with their warm and professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Puro Hotel Poznan is a beautiful hotel, staff are friendly and very helpful, rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. Location is excellent and the breakfast is five star. Also loved the courtesy bikes which was a great way to see the city and nearby park and the coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was very welcome and a lovely treat on our arrival and later that evening there were cupcakes left beside the machine for guests to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visting Poznan,

Was very clean. Parking was very convenient. The place is very cozy. Had really good dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. For breakfast, you could choose a lot of tasty food.

Clean rooms, proximity to the water park, easy transportation to the center, very friendly staff, good food

Nice and cozy place, very clean.

The hotel holds a nice surprise as within there is quite a Zoo! Dining area and childrens corner are also very nice.

We had a room with sauna; very good it took 15 min for heating up. Breakfast excellent and parking 200 m from hotel

Nice colours and design of the room. Very warm indeed. A comfy bed. A proper breakfast. An attractive price. Ask about promo offer for the parking

The staff is excellent and very friendly. Their location is perfect: just a couple of blocks from the square and within walking distance to the university and the Cathedral. Breakfast is really good.

Everything was perfect!! 💯👍🏻👍🏻
