Super clean and positive atmosphere

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff on reception were really lovely and checked us in very quickly. The restaurant served us a lovely evening meal which we really enjoyed. Hopefully we will re-visit one day.

Clean, great saunas and salt cave.

The location and views are amazing plus hotel personnel kindness

Actually, I wasn't there. My mother, who does not travel often, was there and her feedback was positive. Thank you for helping, ordering a taxi and making her stay at the hotel comfortable

I would give it a 8 or 9, but the staff was really helpful, they gave me smaller change for the taxi, since the driver didn't have small change to return to me, they also organized breakfast boxes for our early check out, since the breakfast starts at 6:30, and finally I forgot to ask for a receipt the taxi driver to the airport (btw it costed 85 zlotes), I contacted the reception, they called the company and sent the receipt via WhatsApp. Awesome service. This is why 10.

Standard hotel room. We had a balcony with a beautiful view. Nice picnic area outside.

The location was beautiful, but a bit difficult to find. The value was probably equal to the money we spent, but it is definitely a budget facility. I was clean, and the rooms were spacious.

Rooms very clean Service from staff at reception fantastic Breakfast i thought was a little expensive but nice, plenty for all

A hotel near the park in the heart of the country is what one needs to rest during the long journey.

Excellent building , rooms, staff, a lot Of parking. Very close to Krakow and climbing spots. Very tasty breakfast.

very good service and help at the desk

Very clean, modern and friendly, on a backyard there is a big parking space for cars.

The girl and guy on the reception was very helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient and offered a lot of places to park. Breakfast was rich and Polish, cannot even be compared with those ordinary continental breakfasts in other European countries. Room is clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Sauna is provided for additional charge (40 zl per hour) but once you reserve it - it is fully yours.

Great breakfast. Great value for money.

Great Customer Service and clean hotel. It was very quiet despite the dance club camp.

Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet. I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.

Everthing fine. Clean , modern. Hassle free entering.

Good location, friendly staff, beautiful breakfast, pet friendly.

We loved the style and character of the hotel, the staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast staff was also sweet. Lovely environment to rest after a full day of driving or walking around the city.

The location was important to me, so this was the perfect choice, the staff was very friendly, I got breakfast even when there were no other guests. The neighborhood is quiet.
