Such a cozy guesthouse, it really has that home away from home vibe. The host Jorge is immediately welcoming, and provides an incredible level of hospitality. The room I had was simple but charming, and overlooked the backyard and pool. The common areas feel like hanging out in a friend’s living room, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal. Also, the breakfast included an impressive assortment of fresh pastries!

L'AND offers award-winning accommodations among vineyards in Alentejo’s scenic countryside. It is set in an architectural gem featuring suites with opening ceilings to sleep under the stars.
