everything was great about this wonderful place! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location perfect, the breakfast incredible and the room and bath were sparkling clean and spacious.

Great location and cleanliness and friendly staff

The breakfast and the service were exquisite. The Hotel is a short walking distance to The Shrine. Rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi is fast.

Close to airport, Nice landlord that came and got us access in the rain, and explained everything Extra Treats/drinks in the apartment at low cost, which worked perfect for us as we didn't want to go back out in the rainstorm. Thank you for that extra touch.

Conveniently located, has its own parking, breakfast included and good enough to get filled. Very nice staff!

Quiet, clean, comfy. Great SPA and breakfast. Friendly staff!

Big spaces, very clean, nice invironment and good heater, also great hot water and very nice people and services.

The location is great, two blocks away from the santuario. The staff was friendly and bilingual.

Location Clean Breakfast Friemdly

Location, service (especially in the restaurant), cleanliness

Clean, comfortable, excellent staff. Great location. Good restaurant and bar.

Excellent location, close to the attractions. The room was spacious, with comfortable pillows and clean beddings. Shower was big and user friendly. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and courteous, responded promptly to our requests and concerns. Order (unique name), the front desk person who greeted us, was extremely helpful in recommending places to see, timing, and restaurants to go around the area. The location was excellent, near the Basilica.

The hotel is 2mins walk to the church. The staff (cristina) is super nice! When i come back to Fatima i will check in to this hotel again.

My experience was wonderful. I loved the ambiance, location and customer service. Breakfast was excellent and a staff very pleasant.

The location is great. Love the shaded sidewalk and grocery nearby and the bus station are all within walking distance. The breakfast was a little expensive for the value, I felt like I got the leftovers from the bus tour. I liked the variety but it was a little expensive.

Very near the church, Very good service Clean Good breakfast with many many different food. And very polite.

The staff bent over backwards to help us. We arrived a day early, but they got us a room on short notice. We were close to the Fatima shrine, bus station, a grocery store, and Burger King.

Santa Isabel hotel was just what we needed for our visit to Fatima. It's a 5-minute walk to the sanctuary with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops at its doorstep. Still it's located in a quiet street. The double room was super clean, the bathroom spacious and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet excellent with a selection of cheese, ham, croissant, bread, juice etc. We really loved our stay and would book there again should we come back to Fatima.

great place to stay. so clean space. so close to all the amenities.

From the warm welcome, to the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the basilica and the convenience of having a restaurant connected to the hotel I would give 10 stars if I could. We traveled with my 83 year Old mom and our son and it was my moms first time in Fatima so I wanted to make it special and I asked them to put us on a room with a view to the Basilica if possible, but I had zero expectation that would happen and it did. Not only they did as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and remembered my request. What a customer service! It was very cold so being 20 steps away from the sanctuary made a whole difference , not to mention be able to come back and have a full buffet fresh and delicious awaiting from us at the site! We did not even had go get on our car from the time we arrived until we left. Just amazing ! What an experience and for a much lower price then others. It was my 4th time in Fatima and from now on this is my to go hotel. THANK YOU SO MUCH for having us over. It really felt welcoming.

The hotel was clean and beautifully fitted out. The staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel is a three minute walk from the bus station and 7 minutes from the sanctuary. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket about a 3 min walk from the hotel and loads of restaurants around.
