Brasov is a very clean city, full of history, and tourist attractions. Food is very good, almost in every restaurant. Local transportation is very good, one ride is Euro 1.00 and you can hop on, and hop off, for 90 min in any direction. They have also tour busses. Close to Bran Castle, one and half hour from Peles Castle, half an hour from Poiana Brasov, ski resort perfect for winter sports. I had such a good time in this city, the roundabouts where surprisingly smooth and easy to navigate traffic flow really well which made getting around stress free, public transportation was excellent ,clean reliable and simple to use . What really stood out to me was the people ,so kind and helpful in every situation . Whenever I need a direction or just a friendly smile someone was always there.
